Office Pick Ups

We allow customers to pick up their items at our office, instead of shipping out your item. If you would like to pick up your item at our office, please contact us first. We will give you additional instructions, after you contact us.

When you arrive at the receptionist’s desk, please state your full name, your customer service providers contact name and that you are there to pick up a package from The Cap Guys. All packages must be picked up during office business hours.

Payment:

You will have to pay us directly through PayPal, Western Union or an Interac e-mail money transfer. You can send money to: sales@thecapguys.com. For more information on Alternative Payment Methods, click here.

Once we receive the money, we will prepare the item for pick-up. We will notify you via e-mail once the item is ready for pick up. It may take 1-3 days to process your item.

Monday through Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m

Parking:

Paid meter parking is available along Yonge St. Please do not park on Yonge St. without paying, as this street is enforced with parking patrol. You can very temporarily park on North York Blvd. We take no responsibility in any parking tickets you may receive.

Please note, that no one at the office will be able to answer any questions about products, services or policies. The staff is only there to hand you your package. If you have any specific questions regarding returns or any other product inquiries, you should contact us via our website form, e-mail or by phone.
