Office Pick Ups
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have adjusted our office pick ups. Our new office hour pick ups are between 11:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. You can also now choose Pick Up at checkout.
We allow customers to pick up their items at our office, instead of shipping out your item. Please note, this is currently for local Toronto, Ontario customers only. If you would like to pick up your item at our office, please select Pick Up at checkout.
We will notify you via e-mail once your item is ready for pick up. It may take 1-3 days to process your item.
When you arrive, please go to the security desk at the front and tell them you need to go to the 19th floor to pick up a package from The Cap Guys. They will call up to confirm you can come up.
When you get to the office go to the receptionist’s desk, please state your full name, and that you are there to pick up a package from The Cap Guys. Please also bring a valid photo ID. All packages must be picked up during the new office business hours. Please note, there are extra steps in place at the office for security reasons concerning the COVID-19 pandemic. Please bring gloves and a mask as appropriate.

Paid meter parking is available along Yonge St. Please do not park on Yonge St. without paying, as this street is enforced with parking patrol. You can very temporarily park on North York Blvd. We take no responsibility in any parking tickets you may receive.
Please note, that no one at the office will be able to answer any questions about products, services or policies. The staff is only there to hand you your package.
